EcoStar 4-Corner Box Gluing System is a specialized manual hot melt adhesive dispensing machine designed for precise corner bonding of 4-corner trays, and rigid box structures. It delivers two glue drops simultaneously, allowing fast and symmetric corner gluing by a single operator. Powered by globally trusted melter systems (Nordson, Baumer hhs, Robatech) and controlled by Mahisas PLC-based system, this unit ensures consistent temperature, precise paKern control, and opLmal adhesive flow.

EcoStar is built with a rugged aluminium body, and the system is acLvated via foot switch or sensor ideal for unskilled or semi-skilled operators.
